We are to love our neighbors even when they are hostile and do evil acts against us. Love for enemies, moreover, is not restricted to feelings of benevolence but meant to be shown in acts of kindness. Christ-followers must exemplify Jesus’ radical love at all levels of interaction. The model for this difficult activity is seen in none other than Jesus Himself.
