We won’t rest until every corner of Chicagoland has a thriving church. For every one new church that launches, two are closing their doors, leaving millions without access to vibrant, life-giving faith communities. Spiritual light is dimming in communities that need it most. We’re establishing campuses that serve as beacons of hope from Huntley to Aurora, from Wheaton to Evanston, from South Barrington to Joliet—until the darkness is pushed back and every person has a place to call home in God’s family.
We won’t be satisfied until every person who walks through our doors is on a clear path toward spiritual maturity. Too many people explore faith but never move beyond surface-level curiosity to a deep, transformational relationship with Jesus. We’re creating pathways that lead every heart from curious to convinced, from new believer to mature disciple—every person exploring, every community connecting, every life transformed by the power of God’s Word.
We won’t stop until food insecurity is a thing of the past in our region. One in five households in Chicagoland face uncertainty about where their next meal will come from—families, children, and individuals struggling in silence. Through Care Center Compassion Hubs at our church locations, we’re creating spaces where every person is met with dignity and compassion, building a network of hope until all are cared for.
We won’t cease until the next generation answers the call to Kingdom work. Fewer young people are pursuing ministry, but we refuse to accept a future without passionate leaders. We’re building a leadership pipeline that develops Kingdom workers. Every intern equipped, every resident sent out, every leader multiplied across the globe until every church is strong and the Kingdom advances.
If our history tells us anything, it’s that God has used thousands of kids, students, and adults to play a part in living out Willow’s mission! From selling tomatoes to acting in dramas, sharing Jesus with kids, replacing tires in cars, or traveling across the globe to partner with churches, we each have a role to play. What’s yours?
