We believe the intentional relationships you find in a small group are the ideal place to truly belong, celebrate the joys of life, weather the storms together, and become who God made you to be.

New Small-Group Leader Training
Welcome! We’re so glad that you’re interested in becoming a Small Group Leader! Groups exist to foster Christ-centered communities, where every person of Willow Creek can belong to a small group and be supported as a follower of Jesus. The Groups team is committed to helping your small group thrive as you live out what we call “The 4 C’s”. We believe a healthy, Christ-centered Small Group thrives when it displays a combination of these 4 components:
In February and March, our entire congregation is joining together to learn and grow through our upcoming series, titled "NEXT"
Once you’ve filled out the Small Group Leader Interest Form and heard back from your Groups Pastor, you can watch these 5 short videos which will equip you to lead a Small Group.
