God is working in amazing ways through our partners in El Salvador and Zambia, and you have an opportunity to use your finances to help them make an even bigger impact for God’s kingdom!
No matter the amount, our hope is that each one of us can prayerfully give a sacrificial gift for the work of our global partners.
In Zambia, we are partnering with Care and Hope for All (CHA) to bring biblical training and community transformation through local churches in Samfya and Chishi Island. CHA’s church networks that have been formed are in some of the poorest areas. What they have accomplished is truly an “only God” story. In the name of Jesus they are building schools, medical facilities, supporting clean water efforts, as well as farming and the raising of animals for food. This year, our partnership with CHA will support the continued growth and leadership development of their small staff, provide funds to transport Bible and leadership trainers to the island, as well as help facilitate improvements in the newly built school block, including solar power and school supplies.
In the poverty and violence-stricken country of El Salvador, Willow Crystal Lake has joined forces with Enlace to help bring hope and healing to struggling communities through a church partnership strategy. This year, our Celebration of Hope gifts will help provide coaches to church leaders within these communities. We will also support church leaders in the region of Cocalito, allowing church and community leaders to build affordable homes for as many as 12 families that are currently living in make-shift shacks. Willow Crystal Lake students will be traveling to Cocalito this summer to be a part of the house build and celebrate with the church and community, the amazing work that God is doing in their midst.
As in year’s past, a portion of our Celebration of Hope gifts will go toward shipping the seeds that we pack on April 7 to our partners in Africa in time for planting season.
