In order to ensure there’s space for everyone, we are asking you to reserve your space with a free ticket to the service you plan to attend. After each service, there will be a party with live music, family activities, refreshments, and more. 

If you have tickets, come early! Any unoccupied seats will be opened up to anyone without tickets 10 minutes before services begin.

Whether you’re managing traffic, greeting guests, helping with the celebration, or working behind the scenes, each role plays a part in fostering a welcoming and inviting environment for our church community and visitors from the moment you arrive on our campus.

All other campuses will be closed this weekend.

FAQs

Do I need tickets for the service?

Tickets are highly recommended to ensure your seat. They’re free and can be reserved here. Ticketing allows our teams to plan for an amazing experience for you at both the service and our post-service celebration. If you don’t have a ticket, don’t worry, you can still come!

If you have tickets, come early! Any unoccupied seats will be opened up to anyone without tickets 10 minutes before services begin.

Will you offer language interpretation services?

Yes. We offer language interpretation in American Sign Language, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese during our 11:45 a.m. service. All translations happen live, in real time, and are not accessible after the service. Please bring your own headphones, as translation is accessible via an app.

Are there any post-service activities?

Yes! Following each of the services, there will be refreshments, live music, interactive lobby displays, and Blink Tees printing t-shirts. Family activities include crafts, balloon twisting, tattoo stations, and a bubble show.

What are the service times? Will they be streamed?

Service times are 5 p.m., Saturday, October 11 and 9 & 11:45 a.m., Sunday, October 12. All three services will be streamed at live.willowcreek.org where you can chat with others attending. You may also stream on YouTube.

Will the Coffee Shop be open?

Yes. The Coffee Shop will be open before, during, and after the services. It opens 90 minutes before each service starts.

Where will my student go?

Students are invited to join their families or friends in the Main Auditorium.

What do you offer for kids?

We provide a great experience for children birth through grade 5 through our Willow Kids program.

Where do I go to check in my child to Willow Kids?

We have check in kiosks located near the entrances of all our Willow Kids spaces. Check your child in at whatever kiosk is most convenient for you! If you need assistance finding those spaces, our Guest Experience volunteers will be standing by to help.

What time does Willow Kids & Willow Friends open?

Check in opens 40 minutes before each service time.

Will there be serving opportunities that weekend?

Yes! We have lots of serving opportunities and invite you to serve. Sign up here.

Where do I go when I get there?

Enter through the D, E, or F Entrances and our team will direct you to the Main Auditorium for services or the appropriate Willow Kids space to check in your children.
