This year has been drastically different than we planned or hoped: our entire world has been impacted by this pandemic and its ripples. We are grieving the losses of loved ones, jobs, plans, and celebrations. We are grieving the loss of personal connection and the way we used to experience church.
We have anxiously awaited the day when we could fling wide our doors, but as we have studied the situation and prayerfully sought wisdom, we have made the difficult decision to postpone any large, indoor in-person gatherings at our facilities until 2021. We want to love and serve our church family and neighbors by prioritizing everyone’s health and safety, and so while difficult, we believe this is the best path forward.

Instead of gathering at 7 locations around Chicagoland, we will gather in hundreds and thousands of homes in our neighborhoods and throughout the world. We will gather online and in parking lots. We will be driving towards innovating ways we can utilize the power of technology to cultivate. life-giving groups composed of people from across the world.
Let’s be people committed to carrying the love of Jesus into our neighborhoods. Let’s serve and bless those around us who may have lost loved ones or jobs, those managing work and school for their kids, and those experiencing loneliness during this time. Let's encourage one another and watch in wonder as God shows us once again that His Church will stand. We are in this together.
