Internship Program

Willow Creek’s internship experience provides future ministry leaders with opportunities that inspire them to develop their passion for ministry.

Internship Focus:

Spiritual Formation: Interns will grow in faith through Bible study, prayer, worship, and other spiritual disciplines.
Ministry Experience: Interns will engage in areas like Willow Kids, Willow Students, and Compassion & Justice, learning to plan events and collaborate with ministry leaders.
Leadership Development: Interns will enhance leadership skills through training, mentoring, and event management opportunities.

Internship Logistics:

Internships are paid $15/hr, and occur over 10-weeks at 40 hours per week.
Preference is for full-time students or recent graduates of an accredited college or university.
Has a strong desire to pursue vocational ministry after college or is exploring if this is a path they want to pursue.
