Can we be angry?

March 24, 2024 | Megan Marshman

Have you ever been angry, then realized it was actually about something deeper? Anger is typically a secondary emotion, revealing an underlying sadness, disappointment, or grievance. In John 2, we see Jesus get angry and He doesn’t hide it. He flips tables in the temple after seeing the house of worship turned into a market. So how do you unpack your anger, feel it, and express it in a way that doesn’t harm others or yourself? Jesus shows us how!
