Tech Booth Helper: Play music tracks, turn on mics, and put slides on the screens for Saturday rehearsals.

Artist Specialist: Set up the break area and come alongside artists who need extra assistance.

Hallway Greeters: Greet participants and families and guide them toward computer check-in. Help monitor bathrooms as needed.

Snack Helpers: Sign up to provide a snack or water for a given rehearsal.

Scenic: Help paint, build, and design the sets for each scene in the show. All skills are accepted!

Props: Collect props needed for the show from a provided list.

Costumes: Design, sew, or create costumes for the cast.

About Willow Friends Productions

Willow Friends is an inclusive ministry for all our friends with intellectual disabilities and their peers. Each year, this ministry puts on a full musical starring our Artists (kids with intellectual disabilities) and their Peer Mentors. It has become a Willow favorite and we are in our 11th year of performing for our community!
