Camp Paradise Summer Staff is a seasonal, paid position for high school students and young adults.
What is Summer Staff?
As part of a closely-knit team, Summer Staffers invest their time from mid-June through mid-August to help multiply our ministry. The Summer Staff run daily activities throughout Camp Paradise sessions, as well as help with the cleaning and maintenance of facilities on campgrounds. Is Summer Staff for me?
Summer Staff is a seasonal, paid role for high school students and young adults
Team members can expect to:
- Be a part of a closely knit, high energy team of like-minded individuals.
- Explore the beauty and adventure of the Upper Peninsula as a team during off-days.
- Participate in the required manual labor and upkeep of campgrounds.
- Step away from the busyness of life and wholeheartedly serve camp attendees, including women, dads, and children (ages 8-12).
- Grow spiritually and relationally with God, yourself, and others.
Camp also provides additional opportunities to exercise the following interests, gifts, and skill sets:
- Lifeguard certification
- Cooking, food knowledge, and work in a commercial kitchen
- High adventure, climbing knowledge
- Worship leading at Chapel and evening campfires
- Multimedia work and content creation

Interested but not 16?
Consider joining us for a session as a Jr. Summer Staffer! We offer two sessions each summer where students ages 13-15 can serve alongside our Summer Staff team. You and your father will get to experience another side of camp while serving at a session of Dads Camp.
