We need your help! Help us kick off the 2025 school year as we distribute 2,500 backpacks to students in our community! Join us as students select a backpack, fill it with school supplies, and engage in all sorts of back-to-school activities, food, and fun. We ask that volunteers be 8+ years of age. Volunteers who are age 14 and under must serve with an adult. You must have a completed Protection Application to serve. 


Hair Stylist

Be part of bringing dignity to kids as they head back to school by providing free haircuts at our Back to School Bash!  

Dental Professional

Perform required grade level exams for children. *Certified Dentists and Dental Assistants/Hygienists only*

Optical Professional

Perform required grade level screenings for children. *Certified Opthamologists only*

Registration Volunteer

Check in guests and distribute tickets. *For ages 16 and up*

Bilingual Greeter/Line Guide

Bilingual Volunteers are needed to assist guests throughout the Backpack Bash. 

English Speaking Greeter/Line Guide

Be a warm and welcoming face to guests, assisting guests at key locations throughout the Backpack Bash.

Backpack & School Supplies

Help students select a backpack and fill it with supplies. Sort and replenish backpacks and supplies throughout the shift. *Family Friendly serving opportunity*

Clothing Back to School Fill-A-Bag

Help students select back to school clothing at the fill-a-bag sale in the marketplaza. 

Clothing Store

Assist Clothing Store shoppers with clothing selection, and assist with bagging and restocking.

Entertainment

Whether it's blowing bubbles, dressing in costume, or making balloon animals, this role brings the FUN!

Haircut Line Guide

Manage the haircut wait list and line.

Treat Station Volunteer

Serve popsicles and popcorn to students and families at our event. *Family Friendly serving opportunity* 

Outdoor Cleanup

Assist with cleaning the parking lot. 

Pre-Event F Door Greeter/Guide

Welcome and guide early arriving guests to a waiting area.

Floater/Runner

Help replenish supplies, straighten areas, and assist with general clean up.
