What to Expect at Promiseland Willow Chicago
Promiseland takes place at Willow Chicago's Ministry Center (418 S. Wabash) every Sunday morning from 9:45–11:30 a.m.
Classes are offered to each child at their age and developmental stage:
· Age 2/3
· Age 4/5/K
· Grade 1-3
· Grade 4-5
Curriculum: Each month a new curriculum is designed and curated just for the kids + families at Willow Chicago
Each Sunday, children experience Jesus’ love and enjoy a fun, interactive learning experience centered in the Bible. Our animated teachers teach the lesson in a Large Groups setting that includes worship time. The children are then broken into Small Groups to discuss the lesson, pray, and wrap up their time together.

At Willow Chicago Promiseland, we put a high priority on your child’s safety.
Every Sunday morning, the Ministry Center (where kids and infants through 3rd grade meet) is on “lock down” from 9 a.m. to 20 minutes after the service ends. This means only Promiseland children, screened volunteers, identified parents, and Willow Chicago staff will be allowed to enter the Ministry Center. A Chicago Police Officer will greet your family every Sunday morning and will remain at the entrance for the entire length of the service. He or she will also check for each parent’s security tag to re-enter the building after service ends. Individuals who are not picking up children will be asked to return to the Ministry Center after lock down has ended.
Follow these important steps to gain access to the Ministry Center after your first visit:
·You you have registered your child(ren) you will receive a Welcome email
·You must complete and submit the required registration form included in the Welcome email before attending the next Promiseland class.
·After the registration process is completed you will receive a Family Card.
What is a Family Card?
Each family card has a unique identification number that is assigned to a child. The Family Card lets vetted partners or family members gain access
to the building during Promiseland hours. You will use your Family Card to check your child(ren) in and out of Promiseland.
