What to Expect

Welcome to Willow Huntley! Regardless of where you are in your spiritual journey, we count it a privilege to walk alongside you. We have an incredible community here at Willow Huntley. We gather in person and online every Sunday at 9 and 11 a.m., and we can’t wait to connect with you. Hope to meet you soon!

I'm new! Where do I go when I arrive?

Willow Huntley’s entrance is off of Huntley Road. Our traffic team will direct you as soon as you pull into our driveway. You can enter our church through doors on the east or west side of our building. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by our Welcome Team—and often by our Campus Pastor, Todd, himself.

We love meeting new people! Once inside, head over to our Welcome Center so we can connect with you and answer any questions you may have. We’d be happy to show you around (and give you a free Welcome Gift!). You can also stop by our new café to grab a cup of coffee or tea before heading into the Auditorium to find a seat. Services begin at 9 and 11 a.m. each Sunday.

How can I watch Willow Huntley services online?

You can stream our Willow Huntley services live, right here on our website, as well as on our Willow Creek Church app on your mobile device, and on our Willow TV app! Join us at 9 & 11 a.m. every Sunday for your own personalized experience. You can also watch past services on demand throughout the week.

What programs do you have for kids (infant-grade 5)?

Willow Kids (birth through grade 5) is a safe, fun place for every kid in our community to be welcomed into a space where they are seen, known, and loved as they learn about Jesus. Willow Kids meets during both the 9 and 11 a.m. services each Sunday. Simply enter through the Willow Kids entrance on the west side of the building (just past the main entrance, closer to the back of the parking lot). You’ll be greeted by our Willow Kids staff, who will help you get your kids registered and off to their new classroom!

What programs do you have for junior-high and high-school students?

Here at Willow Huntley, our junior-high and high-school students are part of Willow Students. We have programs specially designed for both stages of life, and they each meet separately on their own days.

JHM (Junior High Ministry, grades 6–8) exists to help junior highers take a next step in their relationship with Jesus. We meet every Sunday during our 9 & 11 a.m. services in our Student Room.
HSM (High School Ministry, grades 9–12) meets at Willow Huntley every Sunday at 6 p.m. Our HSM staff and volunteers seek to make HSM the kind of place where no one stands alone. Students come exactly as they are, and they’re free to bring friends. Through teaching and groups, our high-school students build relationships and encounter the God who loves them.

I hear you have a cool playground. Is it open to the public?

Absolutely! Our playground is our gift to our Huntley community, and it’s open to the public every day from dawn until dusk.

Our state-of-the-art playground has something for every age group. The fenced-in toddler area was thoughtfully designed with swings, smaller slides, climbing elements (like hollow logs and rocks), and a fire truck climber. A beautiful sun shade covers the space. For older children, the park features a taller climbing structure with two big slides, as well as slides built into hills; swings; climbing walls and structures; and a “climbing whirl” for spinning.

Our spacious patio, located next to the playground, is perfect for friends and families to gather, or for caregivers to relax while kids play. We hope to see you soon!

We can’t wait to get to know you over a free lunch, and we’d love to help you learn more about us—who we are as a church family and ways to connect with our community! Discover Willow gatherings happen monthly at 12:30 p.m. in our Atrium.
