How long does it take to plan a wedding at Willow?

If I don't attend church at Willow, can I still get married here?
Yes, you can! However, if you are not a part of a local church community, we invite you to explore Willow Creek by attending weekend services.
Can someone I know officiate my wedding?
Yes you can, however, the officiant you use will need to be approved by Willow.
Can I have a reception at Willow?
No, we do not offer space for wedding receptions.
When is the Chapel available?
Our chapel is available for weddings on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
How many wedding guests will the Chapel accommodate?
The Chapel can accommodate 400 people.
Who will help me plan the ceremony?
Willow will provide a volunteer wedding coordinator who will help you plan out all details regarding ceremony and decor.
Overview of fees
- Premarital process: $200/couple
- Chapel fee: $750 (includes set-up and cleanup, Brides room, and technical director)
- Willow officiant fee: $350
• If the wedding is offsite, you may be asked to cover the officiant cost of travel.

Yes! Our hope is that you and your partner will learn more about yourselves and each other so that you are well equipped for a fantastic marriage.
We are looking for couples with good listening skills, a willingness to enter into sometimes difficult and delicate conversations, and a strong desire to help couples begin their new lives together in a healthy, Christ-centered way. As mentors, you will help prepare a couple through two-on-two sessions of premarital counseling and assist in pre-marriage workshops.
Premarital counseling usually runs 6-8 weeks and workshops vary based on availability.
The wedding coordinator serves as a liaison between the wedding couple and the church and oversees almost every detail regarding the ceremony, decor, and rehearsal. The Coordinator’s desire is to to serve the wedding couple, their families, and their guests by helping to minimize stress and confusion and maximize joy on the wedding day. We are looking for people with excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to lead others in high-energy situations.
All those wishing to serve as wedding coordinators must first serve as wedding assistants to learn the flow and responsibilities related to managing an amazing wedding ceremony.
The primary responsibility of the wedding assistant is to assist the wedding coordinator in providing a smooth experience for the bride and groom. Some of the most important tasks include setting up all decor for the wedding and helping in tear down and clean up afterwards. We are looking for people with a servant’s heart, able to take instructions and execute efficiently and with enthusiasm.VOLUNTEER AS AN ASSISTANT
