Care Pastors provide emotional and spiritual support to those who are struggling and need to experience the presence of Christ. The Care Pastor team ministers in various ways including: encouragement and prayer after services; responding to phone calls on the Care Pastor line; hospital and nursing home visitation; one-on-one short term shepherding; and pastoral appointments. To connect with this ministry call our confidential line at (224) 512-2150 x1. You may also visit with a Care Pastor after each Sunday service near the front of the Main Auditorium stage.

The Benevolence Ministry at Willow Crystal Lake serves those whose lives have been broken emotionally, financially, or medically. Family Life Workshops

You do not have to be a Willow Creek attender or even a Christian to participate in our workshops. There is a path to healthy families that is common to all people, regardless of their beliefs. We base our teaching on Biblical principles that lead to insight and self-examination in the context of a safe, caring, and non-judgmental community.
