21 Days to Better Friendships

A New 21-Day Digital Cohort Begins August 18

Are you craving deeper, more meaningful friendships? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

Introducing “I Need Better Friends”, a free 21-day online cohort designed to help you reflect, heal, and grow in the area of friendship—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you want to strengthen the relationships you already have or are seeking new, healthier ones, this journey will equip you with practical tools, biblical truth, and guided reflection to help you do just that.

What to Expect

Over the course of three themed weeks, you’ll receive a short daily video, guided prompts, and opportunities to discuss through the Willow App. Here’s an outline of the content!

Week 1: Foundations of Friendship

  • What the Bible and psychology say about connection and belonging

  • How early attachments influence your adult friendships

  • The habits of emotionally healthy relationships

Week 2: The Highs and Lows of Friendship

  • Setting and respecting boundaries

  • Recognizing unhealthy or manipulative relationships

  • Navigating transitions, loss, and forgiveness

Week 3: Making & Keeping Friends

  • Building emotionally intelligent, spiritually rich connections

  • Embracing diversity in friendships

  • Cultivating lifelong bonds rooted in mutual growth and grace

Every 7th day is intentionally set aside for rest and reflection, giving you time to absorb what you’ve learned and take a breath.

Registration opens in early August.
