We're partnering with Air1 to put on our first-ever Fall Fest! Make the most of the season by joining us for all kinds of fall fun events. With activities for ALL ages, there is something fun for everyone! Admission is completely FREE. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

Pumpkin Bowling

We're swapping lane lines for hay bales and bowling balls for pumpkins for the ultimate fall sport - pumpkin bowling!


Pumpkin Painting + Pumpkin Picasso Contest

Create a gourd-geous masterpiece to take home or put your artistic skills to the test by submitting a pumpkin for judging. Winners will be announced at the end of the fest.

Dodgeball

Admission, activities, and parking are free! Food is available for purchase.

Yes! The event is located in our E parking lot which is a paved surface and is fully accessible.

Yes, we will provide a seating area with tables and chairs.

Fall Fest is completely outside. In the case of inclement weather, we will need to postpone the event. Please check our social media pages (@willowcreeksb on Instagram and Facebook) on the day of the event for any weather-related updates.

Registration is not required and the majority of activities do not require signing a waiver. If you or your child want to participate in dodgeball, Euro-bungy, or the Pirate Ship Ride, you'll need to sign a waiver. Please stop at our Information Booth to sign the waiver and receive a wristband.

Yes, we are raffling off 3 awesome prizes to anyone who attends Fall Fest on 10/24. Stop at our info booth to complete the digital raffle entry anytime during Fall Fest. Prizes include an Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch bundle, Brunch & Bocce for Four at Pinstripes, and a Goebbert's Family Fun Basket (6 Fall Festival Passes, 6 green tag pumpkins, 6 ride tickets, and $60 food dollars - a $264.00 value).

All entries for the Pumpkin Picasso contest must be completed by 1:30 p.m. as that is when the judges will select a winner.

Participation Acknowledgement

Last but not least, for the safety of all joining us, we ask that you review, acknowledge, and abide by this participation agreement when attending a Willow Creek service or event:

  • There are inherent risks with any gathering, especially if I am considered to be in a high risk category or live with or have daily contact with anyone that is considered to be in a high risk category. I understand these risks and fully assume all responsibility.
  • I understand that safety precautions are in place and I agree to abide by all guidelines communicated verbally or in writing.
  • I agree to follow COVID-19 prevention guidelines from the CDC, including, but not limited to, frequent hand washing or use of hand sanitizer.
  • I agree to wear a mask at all times while indoors at any church campus and/or activity.
  • I agree to maintain proper social distancing (at least 6 feet) while indoors or outdoors at any church campus and/or activity.
  • I agree not to congregate inside the building. I will go directly to my seat and leave the building immediately after dismissal.
  • I agree that I will not visit any church campus or participate in any church activities if any of the following statements are true:
  • I or anyone in my household have any underlying health conditions that increase our health risk for COVID-19;
    • I or anyone in my household are awaiting COVID-19 test results due to concerns of being infected;
    • I or anyone in my household have had any cold or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, within the last 14 days;
    • I or anyone in my household have been in contact* with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days;
    • I, or anyone in my household have travelled to any of the domestic states deemed restricted by the Cook County Department of Public health.
  • I agree in the event I become symptomatic or COVID-19 positive within 14 days after attending a service, I will notify the church via email ([email protected]).
