On Sundays during the school year, immediately following the 11:15 a.m. Student Impact service, students head out to House Groups, which are medium-size groups that meet in a home near a specific High School or neighborhood areas from 1–3 p.m.
Each House Group is led by a House Group Leader who is the Youth Pastor for that high school area. Every meeting starts with students gathering together for lunch in the home, and then everyone joins in a group activity, challenge or discussion. Both of these give all students a chance to get to know each other, regardless of grade or gender. House Groups vary in size and can be anywhere from 30 to 80 students. Small Group time is the focus of the final hour, and includes students of the same gender and year in year in school. Each Small Group is led by an adult leader. Small Group curriculum allows easy discussion on key parts of faith and debriefing questions from the service that day. Small groups are also a safe place for students to share community and build accountability relationships.
