On Sundays during the school year, immediately following the 11:15 a.m. Student Impact service, students head out to House Groups, which are groups that meet from approximately 1–3 p.m. every Sunday in a home near a specific High School or neighborhood areas.
Every meeting starts with students gathering together for lunch in the home, and then everyone joins in a group activity, challenge or discussion. Both of these give students a chance to get to know each other, regardless of grade or gender. House groups vary in size and can be anywhere from 30 to 80 students. Small group time is the focus of the final hour, and includes students of the same gender and year in school. Each small group is led by an adult, volunteer leader. Small group curriculum is provided for our leaders, allowing easy discussion on key parts of faith and debriefing questions from the service that day. Small groups are also a safe place for students to share community and build accountability relationships.
