Below are a few key pointers to make your parking and ticketing experience at Easter smooth and simple! If you have additional questions, please call us at 847-765-5000.


General Admission 
If you do not reserve seats for Easter, there are plenty of great general admission seats available at all of our services. Please line up outside the Main Auditorium doors on any level before the service. All unoccupied seats will be released for general admission seating 15 minutes prior to the start of each service.

Reserved Tickets 
We offer reserved tickets for those who like to plan ahead! Simply click the service time below to reserve your seats. Please note that those with tickets should plan to be in their seats at least 15 minutes before the start of the service. We will release all unoccupied seats at that time. Bring your printed tickets or your ticket confirmation on your phone to claim your seat(s).

Special Needs Tickets
We have plenty of seating available for those who are handicapped, hard of hearing, or have physical limitations (including those who need assistance walking, use wheelchairs, etc.). Please call our Seating Solutions help line at 847-765-7100 during regular office hours to reserve seats. If you are hard of hearing, please fill out this form to reserve your seats.

Language Interpretation
Willow offers full service interpretation in 5 languages! Simply come to the language interpretation booth near the Main Auditorium prior to the service to pick up a headset.
7:30 p.m., Friday, March 30 | Chinese, Korean, Polish, Sign Language, Spanish
7 p.m., Saturday, March 31 | Chinese, Spanish
9 a.m., Sunday, April 1 | Chinese, Spanish
11:45 a.m., Sunday, April 1 | Chinese, Korean, Polish, Sign Language, Spanish

General Parking

Guests are free to park in any general parking spot in Willow Creek’s lots. Once parked, enter the building via Entrances B, C, D, E, or F and then make your way to the Main Lobby, between Entrances D and E. The Main Auditorium is located just off the Main Lobby.


Fast Trac Shuttle Buses

The FastTrac lot is a convenient option for those wishing to avoid a lengthy walk in the parking lot and looking to beat the traffic upon exit. Simply follow the signs from the Barrington Road entrance, park in the designated Fast Trac lot, and then take a shuttle bus from the lot to the drop-off location (Entrance E, near Dr. B’s Cafe in the Main Lobby). Note: Shuttle buses are not wheelchair accessible. See Handicap Parking, below. Fast Trac shuttles run 2½ hours prior to the first service each day, and continue until one hour after the end of the last service:


Handicap Parking

Ample handicap spaces near Entrance D provide the shortest distance to the Main Auditorium. In addition, a drop-off loop near Entrance D allows drivers to drop off guests just outside the Main Lobby. This option works well for those wanting to avoid a long walk from the parking lot—including those with infants or small children.
