Kids & Students 

Q: Is Promiseland offered during Good Friday and Easter services?
A: Yes! Promiseland is available for kids infant–grade 5 at all Easter services and the 5 p.m. Good Friday service. Promiseland is not available during the 7:30 p.m. Good Friday service. Check in and assistance is available at the information booths in our Main Lobby. Learn more about Promiseland here.

Q: Will Elevate and Student Impact meet the weekend of April 20/21?
A: Elevate and Student Impact will not meet April 20/21 and will resume regular weekend services and groups on April 27/28.

Q: Does Special Friends offer an Easter program?
A; Special Friends will be open during the 3:30 p.m. service on Saturday and the 9 & 11:30 a.m. services on Sunday.

 

Ticketing & Parking

Q: Do I need tickets to attend Easter services?
A: You don't need tickets, but we offer reserved seating for those who like to plan ahead! All our services have plenty of great seats available. Simply line up outside the Main Auditorium doors and 15-minutes prior to the start of the service, any open seat will be available to you.

Q: What if I reserved seats and no longer need them?
A: You do not need to return your tickets. Your seats will become available for our general admission guests. 

Q: Is FastTrac available? How long will it run?
A: Yes! FastTrac shuttles run from 10:30 a.m.–9:15 p.m. on Saturday and 6:30 a.m.–2 p.m. on Sunday.

Q: What if I have a group of more than 20 that want to come to the service?
A:  Please call our seating solutions hotline at 847-765-7100.

 

Services

Q: How long will the Easter services last?
A: The service will run about 70 minutes.

Q: How young is age-appropriate for the Good Friday service?
A: Good Friday is appropriate for kids in grade 5 and up.

Q: What should I wear?
A: At Willow Creek, we invite you to come as you are. Some people dress up for Easter, as our Main Lobby features plenty of great photo opportunities, but you can wear whatever is comfortable for you. (Plenty of people wear jeans and t-shirts!)

Q: Can I serve at Easter and Good Friday?
A: We offer dozens of serving opportunities for adults and kids. Click here to view all opportunities and sign up! 

 

Language Translation

Q: What services offer sign language interpretation?
A: Sign language interpretation (ASL) is offered Friday at 7:30 p.m. (Good Friday service) and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. (Easter service) in Section 202. You can simply show up, or click here to fill out a form to request seats in Section 202.

Q: What other language interpretation do you offer?
A: Willow offers full service interpretation in 5 languages!

A: Yes! All will be open before and after services!
