No Better Time for Ice Cream & David Crowder

This Weekend: David Crowder & Ice Cream

Summer at Willow Creek is not slowing down as we head into July! Lead Teaching Pastor Steve Carter will bring a powerful message this weekend, and singer-songwriter David Crowder will lead an extended time of worship at all three services.

“David Crowder is a longtime friend of Willow,” says Steve, “and every time he visits, he electrifies our auditorium with all-out worship of our great God. We will continue to unpack the Scriptures and discover what God has for us as a church!”

The summer fun continues with a post-service ice cream party in the Main Lobby, so gather your friends and family and come hang out!

God Moving Across the World

;

Each summer, more than 300 people pack their bags and open their hearts to serve our church partners across the world. This summer, Willow Global, in partnership with Student Impact, sent 81 high school students on trips to Cambodia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Zambia, transforming the lives of the students, partners, and communities they served.

On one trip to Zambia, students worked alongside teens at Shalom Christian Center in Zambia to paint a church and help with AWANA classes. "We had the opportunity to paint one of the 55 churches Willow helped build," says student Rachel Yonamine. "Throughout the week, I created many long-lasting relationships with my teammates and some awesome women at the church—I will cherish them forever. God certainly worked through everyone on this trip and changed many lives, including mine!" Read more stories like Rachel's here (link to come).
