Easter at Willow
This weekend, April 20/21, we celebrate Easter with a look at how Jesus made a way for us all to come home. "Easter is about the miracle of Jesus' resurrection and the good news it brings to our lives and faith," says Steve Gillen. "It's also a time to explore God's great love for us and reflect on why Jesus went to the cross."
Easter services will unpack two stories: the parable of the prodigal son and the parable of the lost sheep. "These are Easter stories because they help us begin to grasp the unfathomable truths of what Jesus did and the lengths He went to welcome us and bring us home," says Nick Benoit. "No matter how far we’ve wandered, we’re always welcome. And no matter the cost, God is relentlessly pursuing. Easter is a celebration of Jesus making a way for us all to find our way home."
Invite family and friends to join you this Easter! Whether they have followed Christ for decades, are new to faith, or are simply open to it, the services will paint a beautiful picture of God's love for us all and provide an opportunity to respond to it.
Attend one of four services: 3:30 & 6 p.m. on April 20, 9 & 11:30 a.m. on April 21. Reserve seats in advance or just show up at the service of your choice. Click here to learn more.
