Dear Willow Friends,
This weekend we conclude our Together series with a message from Albert Tate about the crux of community: love. He will unpack 1 Corinthians 12:27–13:3 and challenge us to let love be the defining marker of our relationships.
Matt Wright and Jeff Manion brought fantastic messages about the cost and worth of community. If you missed their teachings, you can catch up on them here.
The Together series culminates with an opportunity to put what we've learned into action through small groups. While we know life is lived best in community, it can be a challenge to be intentional about the people we surround ourselves with and the conversations we have with them. On January 26/27, we begin a churchwide Journey through John, complete with a small group study. I encourage you to gather a few friends and plan to go through this Bible study together. If you’re looking for a small group, please attend GroupLaunch this Wednesday, January 16, where you will meet others in your area or life stage to form a group with. Learn more and register here.
P.S. Last weekend we launched a brand-new Willow Creek app to keep you up to date on everything happening around our church, including all upcoming classes and workshops. Clickhereto learn more—or simply search “Willow Creek” in the Apple Store or Google Play.
