Line Cook

The part time Line Cook will prepare food in accordance with ministry recipes and standards. This includes set up and take down of prep cook station, requisitioning items as needed, and assisting the chef as needed. In addition the Line Cook will ensure that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Serve Safe certified
  • Basic professional cooking skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Work flexible hours as needed including nights and weekends
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional manner and appearance in all situations
