Dishwasher and Steward

The part time Dishwasher and Steward will wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware. In addition this person will assist with cleaning the kitchen, emptying trash and follows proper sanitation practices. This role may assist in other tasks such as food preparation and storage as assigned by the executive chef.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Work flexible hours as required, including nights and weekends
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional manner and appearance in all situations
