Casa de Luz Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The part time Marketing Communications Coordinator will implement the communication strategy and plan that promotes all Casa de Luz ministries and initiatives. The coordinator will collaborate with other Willow Creek ministries to achieve brand consistencies and communication of ministry efforts through written, verbal, print, video, audio, text, and online electronic mediums.


  • Design and print bulletins, internal information leaflets, notebooks, or print cards for membership, events, home groups, devotionals, CPI, CIBL, promotions, class diplomas, promotional items such as shirts or gifts, etc
  • Design slides for use in Chapel services and in lobby (using Bright Sign)
  • Design and post social media content (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc.) in collaboration with volunteers
  • Update web page content including format changes
  • Create and send out Casa’s electronic newsletter
  • Edit and publish service videos, including translate video dubbing and subtitling
  • Work with the Willow Creek Marketing Communications team and attend meetings
  • Translate materials from Care Center and other Willow ministries
  • Make recordings for the Willow telephone system
  • Answer requests from Willow ministries, respond to Casa’s emails, etc 


  • Bilingual and bi-cultural (Spanish)
  • Strong marketing and social media skill set
  • Excellent graphics and video skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Web design experience
  • Ability to analyze marketing and follower data for effectiveness
