Parent Update: Masks Optional

Megan Bagnall | March 1, 2022

To Parents of Willow Kids and Students,

From the beginning of the pandemic, our masking policy was created with two factors in mind: (1) following the guidance of our local officials and (2) following the policy of area schools. As of February 28, the statewide mask mandate has been lifted. We know this impacts people in many different ways—our heart is to create spaces where people feel safe to worship, connect, and engage however they feel most comfortable. Like the rest of the state, masks are now optional at Willow, including Willow Kids and Students spaces. We encourage you to do what is best for you and your family. Thank you for navigating these changes with us. Please feel free to reach out to the pastor of your ministry if you have any questions.

We are excited about all of the fun things to come in Willow Kids, Junior High Ministry (JHM), and High School Ministry (HSM) this year. Our staff teams are committed to partnering with you as parents as your kids get to know Jesus and grow in their faith. We’re passionate about the fact that every kid and student in our ministry is connected to a small group with leaders that care about them. As a ministry we’re invested in continued growth as we provide opportunities for our kids and students to take next steps in their faith. Keep your eyes open for events, summer camps, and exciting things happening in Willow Kids, JHM, and HSM at your campus!
