Running the Rapids – Guiding Teens through the Turbulant years of Adolescence

Both parents and teens can come through these years with balance, stability, and self respect. Join us as we discover how to navigate these somewhat turbulent times, with confidence and God’s truth. We will be using a video presentation by Kevin Leman. We suggest that you read his book, Running the Rapids, in preparation for the class. For The Kingdom and Glory of God and his deep love for you, please join us in this study that is all about Jesus. He is the message of God's Word, the message of this study, and He is to become the message of our lives as we seek Him first. You will be encouraged and challenged through the teaching of God's Word with group interaction and many life applications thru this foundational study. We will learn together how Christ can be reflected in and thru our lives in the splendor of His Glory and the beauty of His character. This is a discipleship study that will teach you how to become a more fully devoted follower and disciple of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then how to disciple and encourage others. The curriculum will be available for $5 on the first day of class.
