Computer Connection

Placing refurbished computers into the hands of those in need

In today's world, a computer can make a huge difference in a person's life—making everyday tasks simpler, equipping people with technology and knowledge, and so much more. Each week, Computer Connection volunteers refurbish donated computers, which are then given to families, individuals, and organizations in need.

Donate

If you are interested in donating computer equipment, the Computer Connection ministry accepts desktop or laptop computers with a Pentium 4 processing chip or above. You may also donate keyboards, mice, cables and flat-panel monitors (CRT monitors not accepted). Donations may be dropped off from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. on Saturdays at the Bright Hope building located at 2060 Stonington Ave., Hoffman Estates, IL 60169.

Volunteer

If you are interested in serving, the Computer Connection ministry welcomes anyone who has an aptitude or energy to help. Volunteers have a variety of experience levels enabling a great learning and serving environment. The Computer Connection ministry meets from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. every Saturday at the Bright Hope building located at 2060 Stonington Ave., Hoffman Estates, IL 60169.
