Throughout the year, Willow Creek's Compassion & Justice ministry organizes short-term trips to visit Willow's global ministry partners and aid in the work they are doing around the world. These trips are 1–2 weeks in length and vary in their goals and the team members sought. Consider joining one of these teams. Your life will never be the same. Teams will be closed when full or approximately 60 days prior to the team departure. Early inquiry and registration is encouraged.

El Salvador — Construction Team Willow Creek is planning this team to serve alongside our ministry partner in El Salvador. Activities for this team will include construction projects for the under resourced in the community of our ministry partners. South Africa — Orphan Care Team Willow Creek is planning this team to serve alongside our partner ministry Genesis in East South Africa. Activities for this team will include various orphan care activities. Zambia — Medical Team — General and Dental Willow Creek is planning this medical serving team to travel to Samfya, Zambia. Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dentists, and medical social workers needed. Other medical specialists also inquire! This community of 200,000 normally has one physician once a month to see patients. This team will hold outpatient clinics and also do home-based care visits. Dominican Republic — Construction Team Willow Creek is planning this team to serve alongside our church partner Monte de Sion in the Dominican Republic. Activities for this team will include construction/rehab of shelter and housing for the under resourced in the community of our church partner. All skill levels needed.
