| Executive Pastor This position is responsible for assisting the Campus Pastor in the overall leadership, direction, and vision of the ministry. This includes leading the staff in planning strategy and goals, handling staff performance evaluations, creating staff development plans, assisting the Campus Pastor in hiring and exiting staff, and aligning budgets with individual ministry plans. Those with previous experience in staff management, ministry leadership, strategic planning, and with spiritual gifts of Leadership, Administration, and Discernment should apply. |
