| The Special Friends program gives children who are developmentally or physically handicapped the exciting opportunity to participate in Promiseland and learn about Jesus.
Promiseland welcomes all children! For those who need special assistance in order to fully participate, every effort is made to connect the child with a One-on-One who consistently assists him or her each week in Promiseland activities. This is a deliberate process, taking into consideration the needs of the child and concerns of the parents before a match is made. Due to this process, it may be necessary for a family to wait until a suitable volunteer is found.
