We are so excited
about our new Promiseland Weekend Registration!
It will save families time, increase our room security and be easily
accessible to new families/kids attending our church.
Here is an overview that will help you compare
our current registration procedure with our future process
| Current
System |
Beginning
September 17th |
| Only a small percentage of Promiseland
families have permanent photo ID tags. These tags also have
a permanent family number. |
All registered Promiseland
families will have a family ID card. No photos will
be on these cards; however, they will have a permanent family
ID number. |
| Current
System |
Beginning
September 17th |
| Every child in a family with permanent
photo ID tags ages Infants through 1st Grade has their own photo
ID tag. |
Every child in a family
ages Infants through Grade 5 will have their information
programmed on one family ID card. |
| Current
System |
Beginning
September 17th |
| Families need to remember their
children’s tags or stop at a Promiseland Welcome Center
to get temporary tags. |
Families will need to remember
to bring their family ID card. (The new family ID card
can easily fit into a wallet.) If a family forgets their card,
they will need to get a temporary family ID that will be printed
in their child’s room. |
|
|
 |
Even though our system
is changing, we will still be able to notify parents in
the event they need to go to their child’s room during the
service. Family ID numbers will appear on the side screens in the
new auditorium. |
