Community Groups
Come Experience Community
For the church to be the church, it must be a place of life-affirming community; where participants can know and be known, love and be loved, serve and be served, celebrate and be celebrated. At Willow North Shore, these values of community come alive in at least three smaller expressions of community which occur outside the Sunday morning worship experience: Small Groups, Table Groups, Women of Willow (Women’s Ministry), and 20/30 Somethings (Young Adults’ Ministry).
We know that once you visit Willow North Shore a few times, you may be ready to get connected. For help in discerning your next steps, contact Jon at (224) 512-1720 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
Here are some general suggestions for next steps:
Small Group
Small groups are gatherings of 5-10 individuals who work through a book study, Bible study, or have time of fellowship together. Groups in the church are categorized by men, women, and mixed members or affinity (Women’s groups and 20/30-something’s). Small groups meet in the community and are great places to meet others and grow in relationships with other church members.
