Kelli SchulteDirector of Operations, Student Ministries Kelli joined the staff in June, 2006. After running her own Performance Consulting business for 12 years, Kelli felt called to use her experience in designing and developing training curriculum to help others discover God’s love and grow in their walk with Him. Kelli serves in Student Ministries as the Director of Operations responsible for planning events, managing day-to-day operations and designing the weekly program and curriculum. Kelli also leads the ministry’s PMA (parent ministry association) responsible for service projects and placing parent volunteers based on their spiritual gifts. She enjoys the energy from Elevate and Impact and feels so thankful to be in a position to see God at work in the lives of our students. Kelli grew up in Morton Grove and graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Organizational Development. She and her husband Brett and two children, Nikkie and Joey live in Deerfield. |
