After more than 20 years as a musician and studio producer/engineer, taking me from Omaha to Kansas City, LA and finally Europe where I had lives for 15 years, I was beginning to wonder what music was really for. That’s when God got my attention. It was through the Willow Creek Seeds Tape ministry that I heard many compelling messages about how God wants to use us and our gifts and abilities to further His agenda and save us from our own. In 1998 I moved from Italy to Chicago with my wife, Bruna, and first child Nicole in order to experience a season of our lives at Willow. The plan was to go back to Italy and plant a church like Willow there. Little did I know that it was God’s plan for us to be involved in the planting of one right here in the Chicagoland area. In 2001 I was called to start the Wheaton Regional site and in 2003, felt God’s call to North Shore. It has been amazing to watch God work in and through the volunteers in the building up of these Regional ministries. They take a disproportionate amount of work and dedication, but the payoff is equally disproportionate in watching God raise up another redemptive community right before our eyes, using our hands.

I have the pleasure of leading the Production team, play in bands regularly, lead worship occasionally and be a husband and father to three beautiful daughters all the time.
