Kim is the Director of Operations and joined the Willow North Shore staff in April of 2004 after working in two other North Shore churches for over five years.

The Lattin family attended Willow Creek in South Barrington during the summer of 1994. Although they wanted to attend Willow regularly, they decided that it would too difficult, for both them and their kids, to be involved in the life of the church with the long commute from Wilmette, and joined a church closer to home. When they learned that Willow would be launching a location the North Shore they were eager to become part of the initial core of the North Shore.

After growing up in Morton Grove, Kim studied Marketing at Western Illinois University and received a Bachelor of Business degree. She and her husband Jay were married in October 1982, live in Wilmette and have two kids, Erin, a 2007 graduate Hope College in Holland, Michigan and Eric, a junior at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. Beginning in August, 2007 Erin will be attending University of Illinois in Champaign to receive a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
