Because excellent leadership is needed, not only in the marketplace, but in the Church, the Willow Creek Association is committed to convening today’s present and future business men and women for practical, in-depth training and interaction.  The one-day Blue Sky events, where business, leadership, and ministry meet, will be held at the South Barrington campus of Willow Creek Community Church. These events will deliver intensive leadership training experiences for professionals who want to further develop and elevate their unique leadership contexts and styles.
