Every person who calls Willow Creek Community Church “home” has a local pastor, called an “area pastor.” To best meet the needs of our busy congregation, Willow Creek’s geographical area is divided into smaller regions called high school areas. Each area pastor is devoted to his or her specific high school area (HSA), providing local pastoral presence, helping people get connected, and supporting initiatives that bring Christ’s love to the community.
Area pastors help people take next steps in their spiritual journey by providing the localized pastoral care and community needed for growth. Area pastors also work to create group environments which will help their local “congregation” get connected and grow.
To find out what’s happening in your high school area and to learn more about your area pastor, use the tools below or if you attend service at the South Barrington Campus, stop by the Atrium after a weekend service and locate your HSA coffee cart. Grab a free doughnut and cup of coffee, and meet your area pastor and other folks who live near you.
