How does your professional background help you as Promiseland director at WCMC?
My degree is in education with a master’s in early childhood. I’ve taught kindergarten and first grade in Virginia and California. Since 1983, I’ve also taught aerobics!
I felt a strong calling to connect with the families and children in the McHenry County area. I love being a part of the WCMC staff.
What song on the radio always makes you turn up the volume?
I love "I Hope You Dance" by Leann Womack and anything by U2.
