• Wholistic Mission: We believe the church's mission in the world is wholistic in nature, redeeming and transforming all areas of life - spiritual, physical, emotional, social, environmental, and economic in individuals, families and communities.

• Multiplying Leadership: We believe in leaders who are committed to envisioning and developing present and future generations in their own churches and others, in order to lead the church in its fulfillment of God's call to transform all things in Christ.
  
  
• Strategic Networking: We believe in churches that live in authentic community and connect together to share vision, knowledge, experiences, and resources for the advancement of God's transformational Kingdom plan for the world.
  
  
• A Learning Spirit: We believe in a lifelong journey of discovery and learning that takes place among God's Kingdom community in mission. We intentionally seek to grow together in our understanding of God, His redemptive purposes in the world, and our role in His plan by study of the Scriptures and drawing on each other's knowledge, experiences, and perspectives.
