Are you known for your encouragement of others? Do you have a knack for motivation? If so, you may be called to a very important role:

Leadership: At the heart of all our serving roles is a fantastic group of leaders. They motivate, encourage and build into those serving on their teams while keeping a sharp eye on our guest experience. Our leaders truly set the pace and the attitude of their entire team. What an opportunity to touch our guests in such a significant way!

If you enjoy encouraging others, motivating them to do their best and taking a keen interest in them personally, you may have a future leading one of our teams.

Task Oriented, Excited by Accomplishments?
Do you delight in a job well done? Are you convinced that true satisfaction is in the details? Then consider these serving opportunities to fulfill your calling:

Administrative Team: This team assists staff with the administrative tasks that keep our ministry operating from week to week. Data entry, photocopying, presentation preparation are just a few of the options available to those with administrative gifts.

Communion Service Team: This team distributes the Communion elements to our guests at New Community once a month. With a partner, you'll assure that all guests are served in a courteous and efficient manner allowing the hearts and minds of our congregation to remain focused on this significant celebration.

Communion Preparation Team: This team assembles and distributes the elements monthly to the servers while building new relationships and making new friends.

Attendance Team: If serving behind the scenes is more appealing to you and you're looking for a relatively brief serving role, a perfect place for you is on the Attendance Team. You'll move within the church during the service, counting those in attendance at New Community or Weekend services.

Do you just love people? Does providing world-class service exhilarate you? Then have we got a match for your gifts and passion! When a guest walks through our doors for the first time, nothing matters more than a warm, friendly welcome. Our Guest & Service Host teams perform that vital role, often being the reason a first-time guest comes back!

Guest Host: Guest Hosts greet our guests with a smile, guide guests to their destinations, answer questions and, most importantly, make an indelible - and great - first (and second and third) impression!

Service Host: Your cheerful and welcoming attitude may be just what is needed to make our guests' day! Service Hosts present guests with bulletins as they enter the auditorium assist them in finding a seat and answer questions.
