Small Group Leaders and Apprentices
If you have a passion for seeing believers establish a solid foundation upon which to build their life in Christ, and have gifts of shepherding or teaching, you may be just the person we’re looking for to lead or apprentice-lead a Foundations small group.
Most Foundations small groups follow an established curriculum and last for nine months to a year. The leader’s role is primarily to facilitate discussion and encourage the development of community within the small group. Even if you have no experience in leading a small group, the training sessions provided by the Foundations Ministry will help equip you to be effective in your ministry.
