Homelessness Connection and Food Depository Serve
Saturday, June 7, 2008
10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This one day three-part experience begins with an opportunity to meet and chat with leaders of our Homelessness Teams serving in soup kitchens and shelters. It continues with a tour of the Care Center's Food Pantry, and ends with an opportunity to serve at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. To sign-up, click here.

First Fruits Garden Serving Team
May - September 2008
We have several opportunities in our First Fruits Garden that you can engage your family, your friends, neighbors, teams, or small groups. The First Fruits Garden provides fresh, nutritious vegetables to the Food Pantry for local families in need. You can choose to serve once, weekly, monthly, or as often as you can. Give Back
Restock Our Shelves
Help fill the Willow Creek Food Pantry shelves with the following items:
* Toiletries
* Diapers sizes 1 thru 6
* Boxed Cereal
 
Drop off all items directly at the Care Center located at 2080 Stonington Ave. in Hoffman Estates (inside the Bright Hope building) during regular business hours.
 
 
Calling all Families and Gardening Enthusiasts!
What better way to teach kids the value of giving than to share their bountiful harvest with others who have none. Plant a garden this summer with your children and donate your surplus produce to a local food pantry.
