We are looking for two fantastic individuals to meet the needs of this growing ministry! In this role as the Late-Childhood Programmer for our South Barrington Promiseland ministry, you will be the person responsible for adapting lessons to create and execute highly engaging late childhood age curriculum and programming. You will utilize your creative communication skills to execute weekend programs along side a team of volunteers. Your responsibilities would include the recruitment and development of a volunteer teaching team. You will partner with the another Late-Childhood Programmer on all aspects of adapting curriculum and delivery across this age group of grades 2–5. These two open positions will be responsible for engaging approximately 700 kids during the Saturday and Sunday services. The success of our ministry relies on staff team work, servant leadership, and the continual development of key volunteers.
This key leadership position will oversee the marketing and communication of Willow’s brand and message through various media to ensure accurate, creative, and consistent tone, look, voice, and delivery. This person will provide leadership and oversight to the communications and electronic media ministries of the church. This includes the development and execution of strategies for PR, content marketing, digital marketing, social media, electronic newsletters, and print materials.
If you have experience leading marketing or communication initiatives in or outside the church, enjoy leading cross functional teams at all levels, and have a collaborative leadership style, this role may be a fit for you. Leadership, communication, and discernment gifts are preferred.

As the Toddler/2's lead teacher in our child day care center, PromiseTowne, you have the opportunity to make an extraordinary impact. Daily open communication with parents and maintaining a safe and healthy environment of learning and play are among your key responsibilities. You will also supervise the assistant teacher as you plan long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives. You must possess at least one year (1,560 clock hours) of child development work experience with the Toddler/2's age group and have at least 30 college semester hours, with six of those hours in Early Childhood Education. You must also be or become a participating member of Willow Creek Community Church.
Lead teacher hours are Tuesdays through Fridays (34 hours per week — 8:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m.).
This part time (25 hour per week) position will ensure all benefit and HR payroll processes are executed flawlessly and with a fantastic customer service orientation. This person will administer benefit and retirement programs, conduct benefit orientations, assist staff members with benefit questions, manage the ADP database, and work with payroll to ensure payroll accuracy.

This full time position will facilitate the hiring process to ensure we hire fantastic people who are a fantastic fit with the position and Willow’s culture. This person will work in partnership with the HR team and assist in the administration and coordination of the hiring process. Responsibilities may include position planning, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

We are seeking a Christ-centered professional with excellent technical and problem solving skills that will thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This person will work with the Senior Infrastructure Engineer to identify and implement new technology solutions in network administration, production systems, building automation and communication systems, along with maintaining and monitoring existing systems. On the job training is available.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Degree in Computer Networking or similar field required
- Experience with Linux, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL, iSCSI, SAN and Sonicwall
- Skills in complex routing platforms, protocols and operating systems in high performance LAN/WAN environments
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in computer network management is preferred
- Experience in managing end client networks is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Do you ever stop and wonder who is it that keeps our church looking so good? We have a team of people who clean and maintain our church facility at a high standard. We are looking for someone who is full of energy, detail-minded, and enjoys accomplishing things as part of a team. This full time position works typically from 5am-1pm, Monday through Friday 5 days a week.
We are looking for energetic, spiritually mature individuals to clean our Willow Creek South Barrington facility with excellence. This part-time role would fulfill a 5 or 10 hour night shift on Saturday evenings. The hours range from 9 p.m.–2 a.m. or 9 p.m.–7:30 a.m. The role requires working on your feet. All applicants must be participating members of Willow Creek Community Church.

He/She is responsible for developing pathways for new young adults into the church’s weekend service (sections communities), small groups, and serving opportunities.
