We are looking for two fantastic individuals to meet the needs of this growing ministry! In this role as the Late-Childhood Programmer for our South Barrington Promiseland ministry, you will be the person responsible for adapting lessons to create and execute highly engaging late childhood age curriculum and programming. You will utilize your creative communication skills to execute weekend programs along side a team of volunteers. Your responsibilities would include the recruitment and development of a volunteer teaching team. You will partner with the another Late-Childhood Programmer on all aspects of adapting curriculum and delivery across this age group of grades 2–5. These two open positions will be responsible for engaging approximately 700 kids during the Saturday and Sunday services. The success of our ministry relies on staff team work, servant leadership, and the continual development of key volunteers.

The Section Leader oversees the mid-sized community that sits in a particular section, leading and equipping them to become a fully functioning Acts 2 community that reaches more people with God's love, challenges each other grow to full devotion in Christ, and serves the needs of the church and the community. You must be currently attending WIllow Creek Community Church to be considered for this part time (10 hours a week) role.
Are you a seasoned, proactive early-childhood educator with child development experience and a passion for meeting the spiritual, emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of children?

As the Toddler/2's lead teacher in our child day care center, PromiseTowne, you have the opportunity to make an extraordinary impact. Daily open communication with parents and maintaining a safe and healthy environment of learning and play are among your key responsibilities. You will also supervise the assistant teacher as you plan long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives. You must possess at least one year (1,560 clock hours) of child development work experience with the Toddler/2's age group and have at least 30 college semester hours, with six of those hours in Early Childhood Education. You must also be or become a participating member of Willow Creek Community Church.
Lead teacher hours are Tuesdays through Fridays (34 hours per week — 8:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m.).

This position is responsible for the development and leadership of all programming media related aspects of Elevate, Willow’s middle school ministry. This includes: video editing, motion graphics, web design, and recruiting volunteers to assist in the development of these areas. Additional responsibilities include being part of the creative brainstorming team that creates the weekly program and assist with creation of informational media about Elevate. Those with previous experience in video shooting/editing, knowledge of Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects/Motion, web design experience, and spiritual gifs of Creative Communication, Discernment, and Shepherding should apply.
We are looking for energetic, spiritually mature individuals to clean our Willow Creek South Barrington facility with excellence. This part-time role would fulfill a 5 or 10 hour night shift on Saturday evenings. The hours range from 9 p.m.–2 a.m. or 9 p.m.–7:30 a.m. The role requires working on your feet. All applicants must be participating members of Willow Creek Community Church.

Through a fun, committed team of staff and volunteers, you will provide hands-on support by setting up rooms (tables/chairs), audio visual equipment, cleaning/vacuuming areas, and responding to guest requests. This position is part time and needed on Sunday morning. Some week day shifts are available.
This full time System Administrator role for the Web and Software Development Team will provide top notch customer service and operational support of Willow Creek's church management systems. Applying proven communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills, this person will assist internal users on issues related to the usage of these systems and offer solutions to improve processes. Responsibilities also include maintaining system documentation, providing data reports to ministries, and determining approach for data collection and user flows for church initiatives. If you have at least 3 years work experience in management systems, preferably with Microsoft CRM applications, and enjoy working on a team that is both quality and customer focused, and entail a high degree of detail oriented learning agility, then this role may be a fit for you.
Willow Creek Community Church is looking for a skilled C#/SQL developer with experience with Microsoft CRM. As a member of the Technology Solutions team at Willow Creek Community Church, you will have the opportunity to develop solutions that have an impact on people’s lives. The C#/SQL developer will be play a critical role in deploying Microsoft CRM based solutions to move ministry forward.

This position is part time and needed on the weekends between 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and/or 4 p.m.–8 p.m. on Saturdays and/or 7 a.m.–1 p.m. on Sundays. Some weekday shifts are available. The role requires some heavy lifting and working on your feet. All applicants must be believers and participating members of Willow Creek Community Church.
