Promiseland is the children's ministry of Willow Creek Community Church, where kids come to learn about God's love and His promises. Our goal is that it would be the best hour in every kid's week!

The staff of Promiseland strives to provide an extremely fun, yet safe classroom environment for your children. The facilities and emergency procedures have been approved by the local Fire Department, and a special security identification system has been put into place for all children from infants through first grade.

If you have not already registered your child, you may do so at the Promiseland Welcome Centers or at your child's classroom. Each week, your child will be checked in at the door of his or her classroom. If your child is an infant or is in a classroom lower than second grade, you will be given a matching set of numbered I.D. tags. If this is your first time visiting Promiseland, you will be given a set of temporary tags. If your child will be regularly participating in Promiseland, you can have your photo taken at the Promiseland Welcome Center, and permanent photo/numbered tags will be made for you. For parents with children in grades 2-5, you will receive a hall pass at the Welcome Center as you enter Promiseland. This should be dropped off as you leave the classroom or at any welcome center.

Before dropping off your child in his or her room, make sure that your child is wearing the white tag. You keep the colored one. Keep your I.D. tag handy with you during the service. If a Promiseland staff member needs to contact you, your identification number will appear on the side screens and monitors. Also, use the I.D. tag to get back into Promiseland. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT AN I.D. TAG or without accompanying someone who has an I.D. tag. In addition, you will not be permitted to pick up your child unless you can show a Promiseland Leader that your I.D. tag number matches the number on the tag your child is wearing. If you forget to bring your permanent I.D. tags, you may always pick up a temporary set for the weekend. However, all temporary tags will be collected by a Promiseland Leader at the time you pick up your child.

In the unlikely occurrence the building needs to be evacuated, all Parents will be directed to the gymnasium where they can pick up their children.
