Description This training is designed to raise awareness of abuse issues and to give information about appropriately responding to various situations related to minors (those under the age of 18). This course is required for staff and volunteers who minister to minors or serve alongside minors in the various ministries throughout the church. Our goal is to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Online Class If you are here to take the Protection Training Class online, you should already have the following information from your ministry:
Which age levels must be completed Preschool, Grade School and/or Teen. Promiseland requires completion of all 3 levels, other ministries may require all three or only one or two levels. Remember, even if you only serve Preschool or Grade school children, there may be teens serving in the room you are in.

Knowledge that you must have a working printer connected to the computer you are using.
Knowledge that THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR PC USERS ONLY.
If you begin the course and have to exit midway through, you will have to start from the beginning when you return to complete it.
When you are done be sure to print and sign the Agreement Form. Then follow the instructions at the bottom of the page to turn it in.
Completion of all sections will take approximately one hour.
