What is the process for getting married at Willow Creek Community Church?

Do you need to be a member of Willow to be married at Willow Creek?
No, however, you should be a regular attender for at least six months.
Do you have to be engaged to begin pre-marital preparation at Willow Creek? No, in fact, we would encourage couples to start early. Our Two To One seminar is open to both dating and engaged couples.
Is there a waiting list for wedding dates?
No, many dates are available, but you need to complete the pre-marital process before you can reserve a date for a wedding at Willow Creek.
How long does it take for the pre-marital process?
It typically takes six to nine months to complete the entire process.
Is the marriage preparation process about “jumping through hoops”?
There is no jumping here! The process has been designed to help you grow in your relationship. It is “time well spent”. For many couples, it confirms they’re on the right track. For others, it reveals the areas of growth couples need to take to strengthen their relationship before the wedding.
