OCD is a quiet, hidden disorder that can have a devastating impact on one's mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. When unchecked, it severely impacts a person's ability to function normally, affecting family, friends, and work. OCD brings with it high levels of anxiety and shame robbing its victims of peace and self-respect.

The group is open to parents, children or siblings of those struggling with OCD.

  • Community
  • Wisdom from God's word
  • Prayer and worship
  • Learning and exercising behavioral responses to thoughts and compulsions that help alleviate OCD symptoms
Definition:  "OCD is a lifelong disorder identified by two general groups of symptoms: obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions are intrusive, unwelcome, distressing thoughts and mental images. Compulsions are the behaviors people with OCD perform in a vain attempt to exorcise the fears and anxieties caused by their obsessions."
