New Ropes Course – Complete phase #1
1. Build stairway to both decks – May 4-10

Lead carpenter: Needed plus 1-2 semiskilled

2. Install pre-fabed storage cabinets/railings – May 4-17
Dave Gutierrez design – Derrell Listhartke pre-fabbed
Installer: Needed plus 1 semiskilled

3. Finish decking on pole platforms – May 4-17
Lead carpenter: Needed – plus 1-2 semiskilled

4. Finish metal roofing – May 11-17 - Gary Casten

Communications Tower – Phase II: May 4-10 Rick Hunt/Com Team
Set up communications room in pole barn
Relocate radio repeater/solar panel and cell phone system
Take down old communications tower

Older Cabin Remodeling – Complete phase III: May 14-18

Complete exteriors on Spruce/Larch/Oak/Birch – new door/upper window, deck, batons and trim.
Crew needs: 4-6 able to build/semi-skilled

Pole Barn:
Complete work shop construction and warehouse storage
Need: 1-2 skilled/semi-skilled
Build power building – 10’x16’
Need: 2 skilled
Trench in power to the shed/lodge – Curt VandenBos - May 4th
Well installed: Hired
Plumbing: Tom Digangi – Need 1-2 skilled
Electrical service installed – lights etc – George Schembari – May 4-10
Need: 1-2 skilled electricians, 3-4 skilled/semi-skilled tradesmen.

Lodge:
Ceiling fans: Researched/purchased/installed in dining room
Screen doors - mop deck, coffee door, and dining room east doors
‘Spring cleaning’ in basement and solarium to pole barn or dumpster
Repair west-end woodstove
Carpentry – basement ceiling and door – build or buy needed countertop and/or shelving for storage and thawing stations
